• Mussel shaslik - skewers of Green lip mussels with chilli, garlic and lime
• Smoked salmon with capers, shallots and sour clotted cream

• Chevapchichi - Balkan style beef and pork skinless sausage
• Sarska pleskavica - spiced meat patties filled with soft kasseri cheese
• Lamb cutlets marinated in olive oil, garlic, oregano and lemon
