Mixed dip trio with warm Turkish bread

Entree
Grilled smoked sausage - hand made and smoked with tomato concasse and capsicum relish
Seared king scallops, potato puree and sticky pork
Salt and pepper calamari served in ice berg lettuce cup with garlic aioli
Baby spinach and cheese burek with home made yoghurt

Main
Sarska Pleskavica - prime beef and pork pattie with kashkaval cheese on toasted pita, shaved lettuce, cabbage and roasted capsicum
Char grilled lamb cutlets served with garlic mash and a red wine glaze
Chicken Kiev with crushed kipfler potatoes and a port wine jus
Seared wild barramundi fillet with potato puree and lemon herb butter
Grilled 280g MSA porterhouse steak, crispy onion garlic mash and mushroom sauce
Baked stuffed capsicum with rice, vegetables and a rich Napoli sauce
All mains served with Shopska Balkan salad and steak potato chips

Dessert
Royal chocolate feuilletine bar served with pistachio ice cream & caramelized macadamia nuts
Crème caramel served with fresh strawberry compote and chocolate tuille
